    This role reports into the B2B Marketing team and will be responsible for driving pricing strategy across product and solution portfolio to maximize revenue and profits. Collaborate with product and sales team to provide pricing recommendations for standard deals and special projects. Develop and own KPIs to monitor, measure and report price performance to senior management team
    • Develop pricing strategy and framework to align and consistent with product/solution value proposition across customer segments, direct and in-direct sales channel
    • Work with product and sales team to develop value-based pricing models for solution selling
    • Develop pricing tools and models to support price optimization by customer segment and region
    • Provide clear and addressable pricing strategy for alignment with Product Life Cycle Management and Production Plans
    • Identify or develop tools for price execution tracking, in conjunction with sales operations and product teams
    • Identify, develop, and drive adoption of tools for collection, monitoring and insight from competitor pricing
    • Own and manage tiered pricing strategy

    Qualifications :
    • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in fast paced data driven environment
    • Excellent analytical, data mining and project management skills
    • Strong knowledge of data management tools such as Excel, Tableau and ability to comfortably work with large datasets
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group (executives, managers and subject matter experts)
    • Should be very flexible, well-organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team/project task force
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Flexible, adaptable and willingness to learn
    • Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to wear multiple hats with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality
    • Prefer experience in B2B Technology, Telecom or other related industry
