New Wage of up to $28.25 with potential incentive earnings!
The Auto Technician performs vehicle repairs without oversight. Additional responsibilities include preventive maintenance, completing appropriate paperwork and reports. Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment. Must have the ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, scan tools, tire changing and alignment machines. Follow all company service and safety procedures. Maintain a safe and clean environment.
The starting wage for this position is $22.00/hr. plus monthly incentives based on job completion rate: $150 - $1000 per month, equivalent to $0.94/hour to $6.25/hour!!
Sign on Bonus: $3,000 - $1,000 paid out after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment.
