An assistant manager helps the general manager in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations, which may include financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing.
Must be ambitious to set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Team Member Leadership
Health and Safety Standards
Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience. Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and Labor.
Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
Customer service focus
Trainer and coach
Organization and goal focus
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Work around nuts and other allergens
Must have excellent customer service skills, exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
