Jacobs is seeking a Software Developer, Systems Software SME who develops and implements overarching CM procedures and establishing responsibilities, authorities, and plan approval levels- Coordinating the release of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs)- Tracking Supplier Requests for Engineering Approval (SREAs), Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs), End of Life (EOL), CM Data Warehousing (DW), and Requests for Variation (RFVs) by configuration. Will have an integral knowledge of ServiceNow functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow. This includes, but is not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, and Problem Management modules. Qualifications :Qualifications
- BSIT; ITIL v3 Foundation; ServiceNow certified; Compliance Auditor with 10 years developing and implementing Configuration Management (CM) services and procedures in an agile environment with extensive experience creating realistic and meaningful metrics, and leading the development, management, hardening, and continuous improvement of value-added plans, processes, procedures, metrics, work instructions, and CM summaries.
- Background coordinating Engineering Change Requests and Notifications using process-driven approaches aligned with the QMS and the client's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience performing Supplier Quality Assurance activities for hardware and software procurements, including vendor qualification surveys, purchase order review, and flow-down of supplier compliance requirements.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
