    Responsibilities

    • Drives the strategic HR agenda, people processes, programs, and initiatives within the organization
    • Provides HR support and advice to senior leadership and guides the CSL practice in all areas of people and culture
    • Directs human resource services and activities by working with leaders and HR groups across the business
    • Oversees the development and implementation of communication plans and materials to support the business in ensuring managers and employees are informed and aligned with the company values and people strategies
    • Contributes to the development of global practices in the areas of performance management, employee satisfaction/engagement, compensation, learning and development, leadership development, and talent and succession

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or other appropriate discipline • Post-graduate qualification or Master qualification preferred • 12 years' experience in human resources
