Applicationsare invited for a Research Data Analyst position in the Silverman Lab at The Pennsylvania State University. The lab conducts cutting-edge research developing Bayesian statistical and machine learning methods for the analysis of various types of data including genomic, electronic health, and public health data.
Key responsibilities associated with this position include:
- Develop high-quality software for the analysis of biomedical data
- Preparing and analyzing biomedical data to support collaborative research projects
- Communicating statistical results to supervising faculty and preparing tables, graphics, and descriptions of results for inclusion in presentations, grant applications, and manuscript submissions
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
