    Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley provides a "one-stop" health care experience for children and adults. Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley is pioneering Model Care for Scripps Clinics and you will be able to make big positive impact in this role.

    As Supervisor, Clinic Operations, you will be responsible for oversight of the activities and functions of check-in with 20 direct reports. You run reports for meetings and attend daily huddles. You will onboard new employees and perform employee competencies and evaluations.

    Additionally, you will provide functional expertise to staff and leadership and ensure processes and procedures are being followed. Ensure effective use of system resources and participate in standards of practice and process improvement activities and oversee the daily cash management and reconciliation duties for operations.

    This is a full time Supervisor position located at Scripps Clinic in Carmel Valley.

    This position requires on-call availability after hours.

    Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
    • High school diploma plus three years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment.
    • Knowledge of scheduling & billing systems.
    • Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, train and evaluate staff.
    • Knowledge of healthcare business and operational practices.
    • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other applicable systems.
    Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Working experience in EPIC EHR.
    • Previous leadership experience with 20+ direct reports highly preferred.
    • Daily cash management and reconciliation duties preferred.
