    This is an interim position for New York

    The Center Store Manager is responsible for the success and operational effectiveness of the Grocery and GM areas within the stores in their respective districts through a dual reporting relationship with the District Director and Director Center Store. The Center Store Manager is responsible for building sales, developing talent, providing local feedback to Center Store teams and creating a culture of selling! In this role, the Center Store Manager is responsible for all Center Store KPIs, also demonstrating expertise, knowledge and understanding of how to best run the Center Store departments with the ultimate outcome of driving sales.
    • Deliver Financial KPIs for the district, for the respective product area (Sales, Gross Margin, Unit movement, Inventory management, Shrink, Quality rating)
    • Ensure adequate on-hand inventory levels & execute CAO, especially of items advertised in weekly circulars, providing feedback to the Director of Center Store
    • Conduct store visits spending majority of time coaching and developing Grocery, GM, & HBC departments staff to achieve business results and personal growth goal
    • Understand competitive landscape and market and report significant findings to AUSA

    • Collaborate, align and provide feedback/support to Director Center Store and District Director
