The CBO Corporate Associate Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Billing, Collection, Payment Variance and Data Control departments. The Associate Administrator CBO will also interact with Corporate Human Resources and Payroll Departments as it relates to the hiring and the management of staff within the CBO. They may be assigned in any of the functional area of the CBO as assigned by the Corporate Administrator CBO Director. They will be responsible for making recommendation to improve CBO operations.
Experience: Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. Management experience is required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
Licensure Certification: Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
Knowledge Skill Abilities: Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment. Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
