    Job Description

    As a Storekeeper with Allied Universal, maintaining a positive customer and work environment and experience will be one of the primary responsibilities of this role. In addition, the ideal Storekeeper/Window employee will provide customer service to personnel picking up packages or looking for parts in the storeroom. As well as, making sure the corresponding paperwork is processed and handled according to standard. Employee will be expected to adhere to all safety rules and wear all required PPE, and to point out to other personnel safety concerns while working in this role.

    Generate morning reports and pull orders.

    Check the EPO box every morning. If new EPO has been issued make Process Leader a copy, scan, and then email Procurement

    Assist Receiver 2 in unloading Bulk loads of chemicals including Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach)

    Assist Receiver 3 in preparing and processing all materials/packages and provide documentation for UPS and FedEx shipments daily.

    Move material from staging area & flip shipment tag.

    Pull orders for material generated and stage in appropriate area according to standard work.

    Provide assistance and guidance to customers as needed.

    Participate in physically counting inventories

    Make sure all rush shipment packages are taken care of according to standard work before end of work day.

    Verify and manage interim bins on a daily basis; resolve any outstanding issues.

    Notify customers of $500 receipts.

    Maintain LEAN boards for staging cabinets and Daily/Weekly Requirements.

    Receive, inspect, and put away Returns/Refurbs as needed

    Notify MRP of Returns.

    Check and restock logs in shelves above Cabinet "N" and send completed logs to Team Leader.

    Maintain receipt signatures for Expedited Forms and provide to MRP Controllers

    Maintain supplies for office equipment (printer, staplers, pens, tape, etc). Always keep 1 toner cartridge

    Identify and report inaccuracies (i.e. obsoletes, duplicates, write-offs, pricing, UOM, etc.) within the Stores SAP system

    Enter all returns in SAP and SharePoint before the end of the day

    Be able to read and understand a Pick-List.

    Must follow assigned break schedule.

    Provide back up support for receiving as needed. (Bulk Chemicals, spare parts, etc.)

    Participate in safety activities, meeting, audits, reviews and Planned Inspection; enter work orders and SharePoint issues to ensure a safe workplace and environment. Provide communications to improve customer service.

    Perform other tasks as assigned by the Stores Process or Team Leader

    Daily Checks:

    Check daily Stack Rack verification AM

    Maintain Cylinder Log for exchanges and discrepancies and inventories.

    Housekeeping Responsibilities:

    Maintain hamper for dirty mops and stock clean mops

    Maintain housekeeping in immediate work area, customer service area, sink area, window area, and interior East wall. Also maintain outside the front of Stores.

    Must be able to meet pre-employment testing requirements

    Must take and satisfactorily pass all safety training and testing for this position

    High School Diploma or GED.

    Must have a valid driver's license

    Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone) and transportation (public or private).

    Must have a reliable means of transportation (private or public).

    Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

    Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

    Knowledge of or ability to learn stores operations and processes.

    Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.

    Must have good organizational skills.
