    Position Summary: Leads and provides general direction to service desk team members operating under the direction of the Executive Director of IS. #This position acts as the subject matter expert and lead technical project resource for service desk systems.# During times of peak volume will perform all duties relevant to a service desk specialist. Works with staff to ensure that incident resolution times fall within established Service-Level Agreements (SLA). # Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required EDUCATION: Associates degree in Computer Science or related field required, 4 year degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: Three plus years of experience in the field preferably in the healthcare industry. SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent Customer Service skills, good interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work with detailed, confidential material, computer experience required. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedure within the healthcare industry.",
