    Business Analyst / Process Engineer

    Remote

    6 month contract with potential to extend

    Job Description:

    Responsible for analyzing operational processes to design, develop and create documentation. This role will document customer's As-Is processes and develop end-to-end To-Be processes and procedures, ensuring there are no gaps in the service offering. Creates system diagrams and workflows and other system related documentation.

    Required Skills and Experience:
    • Experience delivering results using Lean, Six Sigma and/or DMAIC problem-solving methodologies with relevant certifications
    • Extensive experience in process transformation/improvement in but not limited to any of the following areas: End User Compute, IT Service Desk, Field Services, Asset Management
    • 7+ years implementing ITIL service management (ITSM) processes, procedures and technology
    • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience or a combination of both
    • Leads and facilitates cross-functional, collaborative teams in IT business improvement and process development
    • Optimizes productivity through analysis, design and implementation of processes identifying areas of improvement
    • Identifies the information entities share across the business and the relationships between those entities
    • Develops and maintains a library of processes and reference materials using standard and consistent templates
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visio
    • Experience with functional and technical process mapping
    • Excellent time management, communications, decision-making, organization and presentation skills
    • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels of the organization and with external contacts
