About the role
You will achieve success in this role through the management of intake for a $50M + Digital Portfolio which includes managing requests from strategy, demand, discovery, execution and realization. Providing Business analyst support for high priority, channel crossing initiatives, leadership of the business analyst community of practice within our Digital Organization, influencing the overall project sizing, costing and timeline methods. As the Lead you will be the voice to provide recommendations to Sr. Leadership on how/when we should proceed with initiatives to assist in influencing our overall plan
Provides high level requirements through demand process to Technology Managers and Product Managers Overall visibility to demand within the Digital Portfolio for Sr. Leadership prioritization Scope to architects and lead engineers for conceptual architecture design and dependency management Partners with various portfolio management peers on cross dependent initiatives Traditional business analyst activities to Product Managers for high priority initiatives
Evaluates all digital demand requests and prioritizes based on strategy/business priority for the quarter Manages strategy and demand pillars of overall portfolio management process Leads business analyst activities for high priority initiatives Leads business analyst community of practice within digital organization Ensures conceptual architecture and dependencies are outlined within each demand Produces sizing/estimating standards for digital organization
- 7+ years of experience as a business analyst preferably in the Digital/Retail field
- 5+ years of experience working with agile delivery methodologies requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Proven lead experience
- Clear communication both written and verbally
