    You also have:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
    • 4+ years' experience managing large, cross functional, web-based projects with aggressive schedules.
    • A thorough understanding of content management systems, structures, and processes.
    • Strong experience implementing and adhering to web content standards and best practices including search engine optimization, accessibility, and translations.
    • Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks solutions to problems.
    • Experience working and communicating with marketing and IT stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal.
    • Ability to travel to support deployment and implementation globally.
    What You'll Do
    As a Content Integration Analyst, you'll be part of our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team located in Towson, MD. This dynamic marketing organization includes our Insights, Brand, Studio (Creative Services) and Industrial Design teams, all focused on helping drive sales growth for a $10B business.

    The Content Integration Analyst will oversee the functionality and behavior of managed content across multiple CMS platforms. In this role, you will hold primary responsibility for the overall documentation, implementation and quality assurance testing across a portfolio of brand websites. You will work with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders and external vendors to balance the consumer facing UX with Content Author capabilities to allow for scalable and flexible content management. The Content Integration Analyst will be an active participant in new site development projects while also supporting the ongoing maintenance of managed websites.

    Specifically, you'll:
    • Maintain key documentation including business requirements, formatting and display options, and content authoring guides.
    • Globally align requirements and behavior of content to gain efficiencies across brands and platforms.
    • Define and implement standards for content author testing to ensure effective quality assurance processes during the development of any new or modified components.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to define expectations for managed content, outline integrations with additional data sources, and identify stakeholders responsible for each.
    • Build and maintain a strong working relationship between cross-functional teams, including external resources.
    • Liaise with the Brand, Insights, and Web Management Teams to ensure successful launch and ongoing maintenance of global websites.
