Responsible for setup of all catering functions; preparation of service items and foods; clean up and accounting for all events.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read and write and understand English.
Minimum Experience: One year experience with catering duties in restaurant, catering service or Institution/food service.
Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
