ManTech is seeking an Information Systems Security Professional as part of a team of Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) personnel supporting a DoD program that implements, operates, and manages coalition networks around the world. The team works with U.S. and foreign military intelligence organizations to create information sharing environments using highly specialized information technologies.
This is a highly visible career opportunity and requires a TS/SCI Eligible clearance. Overview:
- Provide Certified Information Systems Security Professional support to assist with Cybersecurity-related activities regarding the Secret And Below Interoperability (SABI) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes for US BICES/US BICES-X / MPE-MNIS integration efforts.
- This includes, but is not limited to, providing input to the BPO/MN-IS for development of security-related policies to be implemented across the enterprise; reviewing Engineering Change Requests in support of the MN-IS Life Cycle Management Process; providing input to Risk Assessments; managing Cybersecurity-related projects such as ST&E; submitting, maintaining and tracking certification and accreditation (C&A) packages; and coordinating the necessary documentation for solutions enabling the US BICES-X/MN-IS Enterprise.
- Provide technical advice and architectural design recommendations in assessing and evaluating appropriate interfaces or integration points between the US BICES-X Enterprise and emerging enterprise constructs such as the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E), Joint Information Environment (JIE) and Mission Partner Environment (MPE).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Ten years or more experience supporting technical security of military systems with at least two of which include experience in coalition operations and at least one year of experience working with coalition or bilateral military information sharing efforts.
Knowledge of BICES program a plus.
