MaidPro Orlando East is a professional cleaning company that has been cleaning and disinfecting homes for almost 15 years in the Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Lake Hart, Lake Nona, Longwood, South Orlando, and Winter Park areas. We have an immediate need for a full-time Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our business

    Experience
    • Office management, restaurant management, or other heavily customer-facing operational role required
    • Multiple years of customer service experience in restaurants, retail, residential services, or other area
    • Sales and marketing experience or desire to learn

    Skills / Requirements

    Personnel:
    • Direct responsibility to grow and lead all of our office staff and in-home professionals (PROs)
    • Maintain a healthy employee pipeline, including posting jobs, inviting prospects, and interviews
    • Oversee training program
    • Communicate throughout the day via email, phone, and text with employees and customers
    • Provide field support to staff during the day as needed (does not include cleaning)
    • Maintaining employee files (W-4's. I-9's, background checking, etc)
    Operations:
    • Arrive early around 7 am to prepare to get our staff out the door for the day
    • Manage job closures, payments, and documents
    • Make sure we're ready for the next day (rags, supplies, etc.)
    Sales and Customer Service:
    • Follow-up with customers after their cleaning visits to make sure they happy with the experience; manage any issues that arise
    • Help get to a resolution in the case of breakage or other rare mishaps
    • Follow-up with sales leads and earn money booking new jobs!
    • Respond to all customer communication in a timely fashion
    Important Notes
    • Must have reliable transportation to and from client homes, although the work will primarily be in the office
    • Hard-working and reliable
    • Likes making customers happy
    • Available Monday through Friday 7am-4pm
    • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
    • Don't mind working around pets (our customers often have them) so does the owner!
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
    • Must be reliable
