Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Mgr Logistics Engineering 3. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
The selected candidate will manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) systems engineering team for the GBSD EMD Product Support IPT. Responsible for directing and managing personnel in the development and production of ILS products which will influence the design and maximize system supportability and reduction of O&S costs. Ensure the 12 product support elements are addressed through interface with associated engineering teams and disciplines to understand and resolve issues associated with LSA products. Accountable for the development, delivery, and sustainment of LSA products to support the operational and maintenance phases of development, test, and operations. Coordinates with internal & external suppliers as required to obtain data and information required for analyses. Reviews status of ILS products and budgets including EVMS indices; prepares and manages schedules and prepares status reports on the health and status of assigned projects interfacing with management and other IPTs as required.
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of LSA 30 plus team members and functions. Provides direction to subordinates and interface with upper management. Ensures personnel needs are met and ensures they have the tools and resources required for their jobs. Encourage and foster high morale. Single point of accountability for the development, delivery, and sustainment of all assigned LSA products and analyses. Ensures Conduct and participate in personnel reviews and staff meetings. Serves as primary POC for PST/ILS team within NG and Government counterparts as required. Travel: 0-10%

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Qualifications :Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field from an accredited institution
- At least 10 years of experience in Supportability analysis, logistics supportability analysis, and/or management of R&M/
- LSA teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite and software analysis tools (e.g. DoD, Eagle, Reliasoft and practices)
- Current DoD Secret Clearance
- Must have the ability to obtain SAP/SAR access
- MS/Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field from an accredited institution
- Current or ability to gain Top Secret DoD Clearance
- Familiar with LSA/data developed in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, logistics footprint data, level of repair analysis and support equipment requirements
- Experience with NG software analysis tools
- Experience leading a team
