Perform Control Account Manager (CAM) duties for several Launch Equipment subsystems
Perform Control Account Manager duties for assigned Launch Equipment subsystems by tracking schedule status, budget spending, and staff planning Perform technical and budgetary oversight of Launch Equipment subcontracts of assigned subsystems
Development of customer relationships and cultivation of customer intimacy
Preparation of metrics and internal progress reports for management
Development and adherence to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Development of staffing plans
Development and adherence to budget baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and tools
Have a technical understanding of the assigned subsystems

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
GBSDJobsQualifications :Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical degree
- Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years)
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Earned Value Management (EVM) training
