    Global Fast-to-Action (F2A) is a dynamic and diverse pool of problem solvers with global mindsets (SWAT team) deployed on transformational projects. We work with agility on global short-term projects and are deployed on demand executing against strategic priorities. F2A works closely with their end users - employees and managers - and with internal subject matter experts across the enterprise while aligning to Transformational Pillars. We work with innovative and strategic thought leaders and diverse internal client groups across a wide range of brands, functions, regions, and channels. F2A teams act as a trusted advisor to these client groups, developing strategies and solutions to meet clients' business needs, including scoping needs, gathering data, analyzing issues, formulating and making recommendations, and helping implement proposed solutions to pressing business challenges and needs.
    The Director, Global Fast-to-Action Operations and PMO will be responsible for setting and managing the Operations and Portfolio Management strategy across the Global F2A team with a focus on:
    • Evaluating, enhancing, and managing the intake process of new project requests from our partners in the brands, functions, regions, and channels
    • Refining the resource allocation and forecasting process for incoming project requests as well as additional resourcing for current active projects
    • Producing dashboards and reporting across the F2A portfolio for the F2A Leadership Team, F2A global team, HR PMO, HRLT, and the Transformation Office
    • Evaluating PMO and Knowledge Management systems in order to lead the deployments to support the continued growth of F2A in the regions
    • Identifying and addressing process improvement areas within the F2A team's ways of working, tools, and templates
    • Partnering with the F2A Leadership team on the planned expansion into the regions with a focus on infrastructure, ways of working, and operations resourcing needed at the local level
    • Working with the F2A Leader to manage the F2A budget
    • Onboarding new full-time hires and assignment joiners on F2A ways of working, tools, and technology
    • Manage and facilitate monthly Global team meetings
    80% managing work as identified above
    20% taking an active role in contributing to the F2A team, including personal development and knowledge sharing


    Qualifications :

    •BA/BS degree

    -10% Travel

    -Minimum 8 years experience
    •Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are a plus
    •Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; Tableau and BI tools are a plus
    •Strong Portfolio/Program/Project Management and Operations experience
    •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    •Highly organized, proactive and a flexible approach to work
    •Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
    •Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to work collaboratively across functions
