    CACI is seeking a Marine Electrical/Electronics Engineer to research and respond to maintenance related technical feedback report submissions and other special projects from Military Sealift Command. Also learn and train personnel in the principles and application of NAVSEA Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for Maintenance Development.

    What You'll Get to Do:
    • Receive feedback reports from ships or direct tasking for maintenance related special projects
    • Execute various modifications to maintenance plans and procedures following MSC approval
    • Research and communicate effectively with coworkers, MSC personnel, and other entities to gather data and resolve feedbacks in a timely fashion
    More About the Role:
    • Using experience and supplied technical documentation, you will perform analysis and / or recommend various solution sets to Military Sealift Command (MSC) personnel for review and approval
    • You will learn and apply the principles of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) per NAVSEA MIL-STD-3034A
    • You will be in program for becoming a NAVSEA RCM Instructor
    • Occasional travel for technical ship visits
    You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree (Technical/Science)
    • 10 years experience maintaining Naval and/or Maritime Electronics and Communications Equipment. 5 years supervisory experience.
    • 5 years Experience with Shipboard/Maritime Maintenance Management Systems (PMS, SAMM, NS5, etc.)
    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    • USN experience or MSC experience
    • Shipboard maintenance experience
