    Successful candidates in the General Manager role enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are comfortable leading and motivating team members.     Additional qualifications for the position include:
    Minimum of 5  years of RECENT experience as a General Manager in high volume quick service restaurants.
    Must have significant experience in managing others in order to achieve key operative results.
    Proven experience in recruiting, training and motivating food service team
    Strong leadership skills
    Positive track record of controlling costs
    Current Sanitation and B.A.S.S.E.T. alcohol service training a plus

    •      Must have a minimum of five years of direct restaurant or food service operational management experience.
    •	Must have significant experience in managing others in order to achieve key operative results.  	
    •	Must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements, operating procedures, and Company employment and procedural manuals.
    •	Must have ability to write business correspondence and employee documentation.  
    •	Must have ability to present information and respond effectively to complex inquires or complaints from managers, employees, suppliers, and guests.  The GM is frequently in contact with people outside the work group in order to provide, collect, or exchange information.  
    •	Must display courteous behavior in face-to-face dealings with other employees and guests.
    •	Must have ability to listen to others and to develop a mutual understanding. 
    •	Must have ability to apply concepts such as discounts, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.  
    •	Must have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    •	Must have ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
