The Off-Premise Manager leads the individual operation of Cotton Patch Off-Premise Delivery, Curbside Pickup & Catering programs. This includes all facets of the operation, front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house, in addition to managing relationships with third-party partners to grow online profitability and guest counts.
o Works with Brand Director to identify key markets, new potential customers and strategic partnerships in each market in order to grow digital sales
o Maintain menus online for all third-party partners (Olo, UberEats, DoorDash, Favor, etc) and online providers
o Coordinates with POS menu programmers required updates that coincide with online menu updates
o Fields all support request for third-party and online ordering. Coordinates resolution with appropriate resources (IT, delivery provider).
o Coordinates all equipment replacements for third party. Coordinate with IT as required
o Maintain and understand local tax rules with partners; notify accounting and IT as appropriate
o Interface and update accounting as required
o Manages the end-to-end launch processes between restaurants and our delivery partners and online providers.
o Assist in development of new websites and web platforms such as online ordering and maintain current restaurant websites content
o Maintain all promotions with third-party partners
o Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts. Maintains effective cost controls in support of these initiatives.
o Evaluate business performance in terms of customer achievement and analyze business growth for generating new ideas and increase profitability.
o Maintain knowledge on customers and provide an overview for brand development.
o Prepare various campaigns for brand equity in all locations in coordination with local distributor to optimize market reach.
o Maintain and grow a successful gift card program
o Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
o Experience supporting third-party delivery platform
o Critical thinker since dealing with variety of intersections between Ops, Marketing, IT
o Operational understanding of how stores work, culture, menus and order processes/flows
o Organized! Prices, menus, campaigns, communications between parties
o Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
o Strong Presentation Skills required.
o Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
o Must possess ability to interact with all levels, work independently, and ability to see projects through implementation.
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
o Must be extremely flexible and have the ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
o Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
