  • Full availability required for Friday and Saturday
  • Ability to adhere to strict uniform requirements including but not limited to:
  • No face or neck tattoos
  • Only 2 piercings in each earlobe (no additional piercings are acceptable)
  • No facial hair, with the exception of a neatly trimmed moustache
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders
  • Ability and willingness to work outside for several hours during shift

Break Down of Hours:

  • 95% of time spent on the floor, no more than 5% spent offstage or in meetings
  • Roughly 40-45 hours/week


Direct Reporting Relationship:

  • Assistant Managers report directly to the Hospitality Director
  • Report indirectly to the Executive Team
  • Drive Thru Captains and Team Trainers report to the Shift Leader (Assistant Manager)


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant leader dedicated to ensuring vision of hospitality director is fulfilled
  • Serve as subject matter expert for hospitality and service
  • Model hospitality with all who come in contact with our restaurant
  • Tactical leadership focused on Team Member development and accountability
  • Ability to both open and close the restaurant, including cash handling, register and POS functions
  • Coach Drive Thru Captains/Team Trainers and Team Members on a daily basis
  • Check Team Leaders and Team Members in and out of shifts
  • Participate in training process for new Team Leaders
  • Understand how to process basic catering orders and participate in setup process for those orders
  • Effectively run shifts, including ensuring you have adequately prepared for the day
  • Participate in weekly/biweekly FOH leadership meetings


Additional Roles and Responsibilities as Needed:

  • Scheduling
  • Management of all dining room functions and appearance
  • Financial advisor
  • Shift Leader responsibilities if running shift
