We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to help our company succeed.
- Greet and assist all onsite guests as needed
- Answer, screen, & forward incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
- Update paperwork, maintain documents and word processing.
- Maintain confidentiality & record information as needed.
- Plan and schedule appointments for new applicants
- Collect documents from all new applicants & enter them into our system
- Help organize and maintain office common areas clean
- Pick up, send out, sort & distribute mails
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
