     We are looking for a responsible Administrative Coordinator to perform a variety of clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Coordinator include, but not limited to, providing support to the management team and employees, assisting in daily office functions and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
    Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing reports, performing HR functions and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office suite, other operating systems and various office equipment.
