Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Construction Supervisor / Laborer to run tenant fit-up construction type projects primarily in the Central NJ area.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Must be able to communicate primarily by e-mail and coordinate with contractors.
- Willing to learn how to understand blue prints and drawings
Qualifications:
- Must have some construction experience or knowledge
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Masonry experience a plus
