This Management position will cover the Evenings/Weekend shift with typical days being Thursday- Monday. Hours will likely be 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm
This position will be the informational/communications hub for all facets of guest services. This position will support the Guest Services Director and be responsible for executing the following responsibilities:
a. Guest Services/Compensation
c.Dispatch & On-Call- internal communications with other departments and vendors
d. Phone Systems, Phone Call Coverage
e. Ensuring Quality Control & Timely Responsiveness
e. Employee Management & Training of all staff, contractors, and vendors associated with the Guest Services division
f. Process Management
g. Internal Communications and Relations with other departments
h. Upholding Company Core Values and Excellent Customer Services standards!
