Optimal Medical Staffing is a leading provider of care in the home for individuals with traumatic injury, neuromuscular conditions and other medical needs.

We are currently seeking a male to help one of our quadriplegic patients with yard work, hunting (gun and bow) and housework in the Napoleon /Grass Lake area.

Shifts are typically 12 hour in length (5am-5pm or 5pm-5am).

The patient also has a licensed nurse and medical aide on duty at all times.

Pay is $15 per hour. We also offer health and dental insurance, paid time off and a matching 401k retirement plan.
