Starting pay is $15-$16/hr with open availability. (Open availability means you can work any day any hour with absolutely no restrictions) Benefits: health insurance, 401K with employer match after 1st year, Scholarship opportunities, paid time off, and profit sharing (for full time only). We also have a raise program in place that could quickly bring you up an extra $1/hr after completing your first 30 days.
* Managing and Developing a large team
* Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to create and implement new policies/procedures
* Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety
* Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
* Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator to discuss the current/future state of the store
Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager very helpful to your success at this job.
Work in a high intensity & fast paced environment
MUST have open availability willing to CLOSE the restaurant

You are responsible for:
