Wireless Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day retail operations such as; inventory, scheduling, merchandizing, marketing initiatives, maximizing sales and profitability
• Responsible for all aspects of talent management; recruiting, staffing, training, development and leadership
• Ensure all staff are in compliance with company policies, procedures and required trainings
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors and businesses within the community
• Demonstrate knowledge of latest products and services. Remain current on industry and competition trends, pricing plans and promotions.
• Meet sales goals by selling our products and services to new and existing customers
• Complete customer contracts, accept customer payments, accurately process transactions using POS system and execute proper cash handling procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving any concerns and serve as first point of contact for customer service inquires
• Responsible for overall store presentation. This may include; sweeping floor, emptying trash containers, maintaining lobby area, employee break room, and restrooms.

  • 2-4 years’ management experience and the ability to meet sales goals is required, retail management experience is preferred.
  • A High School Degree is required, an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic addition and subtractions and make correct change
  • Ability to stand for up to 75% of the time
