Long Term Care Registered Nurse - Full-time / Part-time

An exciting opportunity is readily available in upstate New York as a Long Term Care Registered Nurse. 

Part of a reputable health organization, the Long Term Care Registered Nurse will work at their 150-bed facility located in upstate New York. This facility offers an array of specialized services, including their skilled nursing units, neurobehavioral unit, short term rehabilitation, and special care unit for cognitively-impaired patients. Focused on delivering compassionate care for their residents, this facility offers music memory, life enrichment programs, activity rooms, and an in-house restaurant. 

Through compassion, patience, and continuous support, the Long Term Care Registered Nurse will assist patients as they make this new life transition into the facility. Responsibilities of the Long Term Care Registered Nurse include cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans, deliver consistent exceptional patient care, act as a resource for the department staff, new-hires, patients, and their families, and ensure policy procedure, state, and federal regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Long Term Care Supervisor, the Registered Nurse of Long Term Care will work alongside a dedicated team of nurses, technicians, CNS, and LVNS.

Ideally this Long Term Care Nurse will hold an active RN license with at least 1 year of previous clinical experience working in either a long term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or medical surgical unit. 

The Long Term Care Registered Nurse will work at a hospital located in upstate New York, surrounded by delicious food and endless entertainment.
