Job Description

We are a family-owned and operated company located in west Tennessee. Founded in 1959, Construction Products, Inc. specializes in the manufacture of prestressed and precast concrete beams for bridges. We also make concrete piling, concrete panels, and floating concrete marinas for boat docks.

We are looking for hard-working, motivated people for our Jackson, TN facility. The work is mostly outdoors, 6 days a week with NO night shifts or Sunday work. We offer a competitive matched 401k, medical, dental, and vision policies.

Starting pay is $17.00/hour.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements

· Standing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling

· Good hand-eye coordination

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the job

· Hand dexterity and strength

· Ability to work outdoors in hot or cold weather

· Ability to work as part of a team

JOB DUTIES:

· Job setup (forms, etc.)

· Tying steel rebar

· Pouring concrete

· Handling prestressing strands

· Finishing concrete

· Rubbing concrete
