Math Tutor - High School Math Required

Mathnasium of Fresh Pond is looking for some exceptional math tutors to help our students learn math in a way that is fun and stimulating at our Learning Center in Belmont, MA (next to Cambridge).

Mathnasium offers a rewarding, meaningful work experience where you leave every day knowing that you have helped to make a difference in children's lives. You will work with children of all ages and math levels, helping them either catch up, keep up, or get ahead.

You must love working with kids of all ages, from 1st grade up through high school, and have exceptional math skills, including all high school math.

Mathnasium offers a flexible, part-time schedule with shifts occurring during the afternoons, evenings and weekends. We pay a competitive wage of $14-16 depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and additional responsibilities for the right person. Initially, due to COVID-19, instruction will be done online from your home, but we anticipate moving to in-center instruction when it is safe to do so.

Successful candidates must be able to effortlessly teach all levels of math up through high school.

The center is at 64 Concord Ave. in Belmont, a short distance from the Fresh Pond Mall and easily accessible by car or by bus from Harvard Square or Belmont Center.
