Position Requirements

- Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service

- Exceptional team building capability

- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/ decision-making skills

- Basic computer literacy

- High School Diploma or GED preferred

- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss

responsibility

- Must have a valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle

- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
