Position Description:

• The Pharmacist will be responsible for practicing Pharmacy as a knowledge based clinical profession, and integrating patient oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities.
• Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers for retail, home infusion, and pharmacy support of GI, Radiology, Surgery, and Pain Clinic areas.
