    Job Description

    Position Purpose:

    The Treasury Specialist role will coordinate Sleep Number's Corporate Card process and assist the Sr. Treasury Analyst with Concur updates, communications, training and reporting, and operate as the primary owner of the internal Concur email inbox to answer team member questions. In addition to the responsibilities related to Concur, this role will assist in accounting for various Treasury and Marketing month-end close responsibilities.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Distribute, manage, monitor, and terminate corporate cards through ownership of the US Bank credit card portal
    • Assist Sr. Treasury analyst on purchase card (T&E/Travel) program initiatives and training
    • Review out of pocket reimbursements to Sleep Number team members
    • Work closely with the Asset Protection team to provide timely and accurate information on internal investigations
    • Maintain and ensure compliance with company internal control practices
    • Monitor compliance reporting and conduct periodic expense report audits
    • Execute special projects and other duties as requested by Treasury leadership
    • Assist Treasury team with administrative needs upon request
    • Assist Treasury team with account reconciliations
    • Assist Manager of Financial Reporting with 10-K/10-Q filing needs.
    • Assist Treasury team with month end accounting processes.
    Position Requirements:
    • College degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience required. Degree in Accounting preferred.
    • Some experience in a corporate environment, through full time employment or an internship preferred
    • Knowledgeable of US GAAP Accounting principles required
    • Experience using Concur preferred
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong Microsoft office experience
    • Effective and confident communicator, both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and processes

    • Proven ability to analyze data & determine action steps from the data
    • Ability to independently solve problems and improve processes
    • Ability to work with internal stakeholders at all levels of the company

    Working Conditions:
    • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when needed
    • Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 hours in an office environment
