Georgia Regional Hospital at Savannah is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Treatment Team Facilitator with the Forensic and the AMH Treatment Teams. This position will work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Georgia Regional Hospital - Savannah (GRHS) operates 180 licensed, accredited inpatient beds for two major program areas: 1) adult mental health, 2) adult forensic services.
GRHS offers inpatient adult mental health services, inpatient habilitation services and forensic program services to a catchment area of approximately 45 Georgia counties.

Under limited supervision, manages the development and implementation of 24- hour individual interdisciplinary treatment plans for persons with developmental and /or mental health disabilities. Coordinates with interdisciplinary treatment team members to ensure the timely completion of treatment plans consistent with all relevant quality assurance standards. Conducts staff training on essential elements of individualized recovery care planning and team standards. Coordinates/participates in inter-disciplinary treatment team meetings. Manages individual review schedules to ensure all individual cases are managed according to policy guidelines and consistent with quality standards.

Master's degree from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field AND Four years of related experience OR One year of experience at the lower level Behavioral Hlth Counselor 2 (HCP101) or position equivalent.
