Trece Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Server candidate who is passionate about creating renowned customer experience within our restaurant.

Trece is located inside the Planet 13 Entertainment Complex.

Must be able to legally serve alcohol. (Must obtain Alcohol Awareness Card prior to hire.). Must have a current & valid Food Handler's card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.

Qualifications

Required: 1 year of recent Customer Service experience.Comfortable standing for an entire shift. Preferred: 1-2 years of cash operating experience.

Must be comfortable working both independently and with a team.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

• Greet all guests with a smile and a friendly greeting.
• Assist and take guest's orders. Employ approved suggestive selling techniques to assist guests who are undecided.
• Perform side work duties as directed by the manager.
• Clean tables and counters in the dining room area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
• Control the food flow from the kitchen to fellow Servers and for Delivery (if applicable). Responsible for communicating special instructions between the Kitchen Staff, Servers, Delivery Staff and Management.
• Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.
• Perform side work duties as directed by the manager, clean tables and counters in the dining room area, and maintain the cleanliness of their work station. Verify food for consistency. Organize orders for table deployment.
• Make drinks, take orders, clear and clean tables, and ensure work area is clean and orderly.
• Comfortable with operating a cash register.
