    Customer Service Representative Highlights:

    • $15/hour
    • Start Date: October 19th, 2020
    • Full time / 40 hours per week
    • Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5PM 
    • Temporarily - Work from home (own laptop and phone required)
    • Will return to Mankato office at a later date (Must live in Mankato area)

    Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

    • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to multi-task
    • Process customer requests for installation of residential service, move, repair, transfer/change or disconnection of current service
    • Interact with customers in person in the Communication Center which will also include communication by phone, email, or fax
    • Sell and explain available products, services and features and recognize opportunities to up-sell
    • Handle customer disputes
    • Handle payment transactions and payment arrangements
    • Process account adjustments and credits
    • Other duties as assigned 

    Customer Service Representative Skills:

    • Customer service focus: ability to build lasting relationships with external and internal customers
    • Good 10-key/ data entry s along with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Great telephone rapport and listening skills 
    • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
    • Sharp attention to details

    Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 

    • Must have punctual and regular attendance and be able to work extra hours if needed
    • Must be able to function properly under time constraints and work well under pressure
    • Experience working in a call-center/customer service role is preferred
    • Must have your own computer and phone to meet the following requirements:
      • Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 (No mac/chrome books)
      • Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
      • 4 GB of RAM
      • Skype-compatible webcam
