    The SEC Record to Report team needs a strong Technical Analyst for the Central Finance team. You will be working in close collaboration with the General Accounting and Statutory Reporting team to determine a holistic technical solution that will elevate the game for our Controlling business partners. Your experience working in an agile environment and experience in translating requirements to technical and reporting solutions, will create, deliver, and support the right solution to customers with the highest quality and shortest delivery time. In partnership with Architects, Engineering, Business Stakeholders, Customers, and Capability process and solution analysts, you will be a key member of the delivery of the next ERP for Nike.


    • Create/support detailed data and process design (including customizing/configuration definition and functional specifications for developments)
    • Support design/development of custom requirements within Central Finance
    • Support execution of Initial Data Loads; FI/CO, Secondary CO and/or Cost Objects (e.g. Internal Orders, WBS)
    • Assist in integration workshops, functional specification of interface developments
    • Perform troubleshooting activities (error analysis/resolution) during CFIN data migration(s); Historical Data Loads & Online Transfer
    • Coordinate and document data mapping and assist in data mapping issues.
    • Provide Group Reporting S/4 functional consulting support
    • Conduct manual activities and validations for configuration scenarios of Central Finance
    • Support both Functional Unit Test & Integration Test activities
    • Participate in regular reporting (status meetings, mock execution meetings, etc.)
    • Strong collaboration with integration teams: Engineering, SLT, MDG, GA, etc.


    • Technology expertise in supporting and developing with various technologies - SAP S4 HANA, Central finance, SLT, AIF, MDG, etc.
    • Prior experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries (SAP, Sterling, OneSource, Blackline, Vistex, or other enterprise platforms)
    • Solid experience in SAP Finance and Controlling technology, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Legal Entity design, COPA, Consolidations, accounting business processes in a Global, multi-currency environment.
    • Hands-on experience on SAP General Ledger (Classic & New) and document splitting process.
    • Knowledge on SAP Central Finance Deployment, BADI's and Data Replication knowledge
    • Prior experience with creating configuration documents and mapping files, performing interface analysis and creating STTM's, work with high volume loads, error handling
    • Experience in error resolution process during Initial Load and Real Time Replication
    • Experience dealing with high volume data and reporting needs
    • Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred
    • Expertise in Coupa, Concur, Aravo, Informatica, Pega Systems, HTML, AWS, etc. is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications is critical required.
    • Knowledge and experience with SAP systems and processes that support wholesale and direct-to-consumer financial capabilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business process and the Capabilities in the Program.
    • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional work including experience resolving complex issues with all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
    • Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact
    • Effective collaboration and relationship management
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
    • Advanced understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they're applied in workplace culture

    • Minimum 6 years relevant work experience with bachelor's degree
    • Prior technology experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites
    • Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, JIRA, preferred
    • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
