    THE PAY RATE FOR THE JOB IS $16.01

    What You Will Do

    To deliver quality customer service while maintaining a work environment that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need.  As a General Labor - Forklift Driver, this means:

    Associate completes merchandising resets and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards. To be successful, this associate must be able to follow detailed project instructions. The General Labor - Forklift Driver builds displays, rotates, and prices stock, and resolves project issues or questions.  Utilizes Forklift as needed in display build and stock movement.

    What We're Looking For 

    • Forklift Certification

    • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. 

    • Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

    • Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws).

    What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications 

    • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction). 

    • Ability to work overnight and weekends as required. 

    • Ability to utilize web based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks. 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • High school diploma or equivalent. 

    • 6 months of sales floor experience.

     • 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays. 

    • 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment 

    • Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws).

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, analyze, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to fill in reports.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

     MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    Ability to effectively read and interpret a measuring tape.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS, or TRAINING

    Forklift Certification

    Valid driver's license.

    OSHA 10 Certification Preferred

    WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds.
