    WHO WE ARE HIRING:

    Youll be a hands-on contributor focused on every aspect of Birdeyes partner marketing initiatives. You will manage and oversee all our channel and integration partner marketing efforts initiating co-marketing programs for joint webinars, virtual events, guest speakers, email marketing campaigns, marketplaces, content collaborations, advertising, sponsorships, podcasts and more.

    You have demonstrated the ability to leverage partner marketing and co-marketing channels to increase reach, brand awareness and creating ROI.

    As BirdEyes partner marketing specialist, you will build relationships with agencies, integration partners, associations and partner companies in a variety of industries, being creative in designing programs that drive customer acquisition, activation and loyalty across our key audiences.

    As the partner marketing specialist you will have well defined monthly goals by sales segment including leads, pipeline revenue and ACV targets. You will always be encouraged to exceed your goals through testing, innovation, and analytics. You will produce analytics and reports for your own use, used by other members of the marketing team, and shared as needed with other teams.


    WHAT YOULL DO:

    • You will lead the strategy and execution of all partner marketing campaigns
    • Research and prioritize partners based on potential reach, pipeline impact and ICP
    • Reach out to partners, work with them and build long-lasting relationships
    • Be creative in ideating co-marketing opportunities based on the partner profile and audience
    • Project manage all aspects of the partner marketing initiatives, working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, design and field marketing to execute projects on time
    • Forecast & measure results across efforts and constantly find ways to grow engagement, sales pipeline, and deals
    • Work closely with our channel / reseller sales teams identifying new collaboration opportunities
    • Own pipeline and revenue targets attached to all partner marketing efforts

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS-based B2B environment
    • Able to set strategic direction and vision for all partner marketing efforts
    • Have a broad understanding of content marketing, email marketing and event planning
    • Ability to identify partners and build long-lasting relationships
    • Great interpersonal skills to engage and work with external partners
    • Excellent storytelling, verbal, and written communications skills
    • Experience working in and influencing cross-functional teams
    • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
    • You are an expert project manager and never miss a detail
