About this job
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Decorate specialty cakes, including use of photo cake computer.
2. Decorate cupcakes and cookies.
3. Maintain cookie and cake cases.
4. Provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
5. Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes.
6. Maintain table cakes.
7. Assist in proper rotation and code dating of bakery/deli product.
8. Responsible for maintaining product inventory and ordering.
9. Keep display case, work station and area around work station neat and clean.
10. Make sure that all special cake orders are ready for delivery to customer at or before promised time.
11. Follow the company Food Safety program.
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Put up stock.
2. Bake cookies.
3. Assist in maintaining basic paperwork for operations.
4. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
