As a VXI Global Solutions Customer Service Representative, you will receive inbound calls regarding customer concerns relating to phone, internet and/or TV cable services. Customer Service Representatives must be a great listener, be empathetic, and help resolve their issue. Customer Service Representatives will be assisting customers in crisis while offering outstanding world class customer service!

Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care Representative with Sales will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Successful Customer Care Representatives are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
  • Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
  • Inbound Customer Service Representative and Sales Representatives are also expected to use a consultative sales approach as you build trust and rapport, learning about the customers’ needs.
  • In addition, you will be required to overcome objectives and meet a required quota’s / metrics.
  • Your goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
