In the role of manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining hospitality in the front-of-the-house by promoting a friendly, inviting environment for guest. You must select, train, and lead employees toward the achievement of our mission statement, "making affordable dining pleasurable." As a member of our restaurant operations management team, you will be responsible for the overall, day to day operations which include, but are not limited to the production and preparation of quality food that exemplifies company standards. You will also be expected to promote and maintain the compliance of OSHA safety standards and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining company set labor and food cost standards.
