Contract-To-Hire - Immediate Openings
A stable and reputable manufacturing company in Green Bay, Wisconsin is looking for a driven Machine Operator to join their team. In this role the Machine Operator will operate and adjust converting machinery to produce products according to customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Operating converting machines
- Troubleshooting and communicating with supervisors and maintenance
- Performing basic quality inspection
Pay Range: $15 - 17 per hour with room for advancement (shift premiums of $1.65 per hour apply after initial training period and official transfer to shift).
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and basic math skills
- Basic analytical skills
- Mechanical inclination required
- Familiarity with converting equipment preferred.
