    Our client is looking for a qualified Project Coordinator to join their team! They are a family owned General Contractor located in Central NJ and work with some of New Jersey's top utilities and infrastructure clients. This candidate must possess a general construction knowledge and have past experience dealing with submittals, change orders and RFIs.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Enter Payroll
    • Assist in the creation and tracking of submittals, RFI's, change orders and close out documents
    • Prepare proposals and billing packages
    • Obtain pricing, issue purchase orders as needed, cost code invoices
    • Support Field staff as needed
    • Track and report equipment hours
    • Handling material deliveries

    This position will be based out on job sites in a trailer! Must be comfortable being close to the field.
