Basic Qualifications * 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams * Experience in partnering with product and program management teams * 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers * 7+ years of relevant engineering experience * Experience in partnering with product and program management teams * 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers * 10+ years of professional experience in software development * 7+ years of experience managing an Agile team of software development engineers * Experience building scalable distributed systems with service oriented architectures * Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, e.g. Java, C#, or C++ Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
