All Chinaware, Silverware, and Glassware must be sanitized in an efficient and timely manner.
Trays must be sanitized and dried before sending to the line.
Employee must maintain correct temperatures of wash tank, rinse tank and final rinse at all times.
Responsible to leave dish machine, related equipment and dish room are in proper order.
Accountable for safe working habits.
No late nights.
